Sign your team up for $40.00 per team, please have the team "Leader" sign up or the best person to contact if we have questions. Please put your team member's first and last names in the last box, if something comes up you can change teammate. Payment will be due at the start of the event.
By submitting you agree that your name has no curse words and is free of vulger language and your name is family friendly. You are also agreeing to the Offical Rules of Cornhole 2021 and will play and abide by the rules
