After the purchase of the parade fee, all purchases are final and there are no refunds for any person(s) and/or group(s) that are not able / do not show up to the parade. All participants are required to sign or agree to the Waiver of Liability and/or show proof of liability insurance for their person(s) and/or group(s).
With the payment of this fee and/or registration to the parade you and/or your group are agreeing to the waiver of liability.
